Any cake flavor and filling combination can be chosen as you like, and if you don't see something on here that you want, let me know and I'll be happy to make it!  Cakes can be covered with a layer of buttercream or a base layer of buttercream and a final layer of fondant. Fondant is just a rolled sugar dough that, when covering the cake, gives it a nice, clean look and keeps the cake fresher longer.  The fondant I use comes in white but can be tinted any color and tastes a lot like marshmallows.  I also use a dark chocolate fondant that tastes like Tootsie Rolls and can be lightened to any shade of brown as needed.
