In your email, please include as many relevant details as possible, such as date you need your cake, flavor, design ideas, number of people needed to feed, etc. Also, please include any allergies you may have! Nuts and nut extracts can always be omitted if need be, but I won't know not to add them if you don't let me know first. The more information you can initially provide, the better!
